Colleague health and wellbeing

Our colleagues are central to our business - without them, we would be unable to serve our customers across the breadth of the UK every day. We put great emphasis on things that enhance colleague wellbeing, such as a safe and inclusive working environment, fair pay, a good work-life balance, access to wellbeing tools and resources and opportunities to learn and grow which in turn helps us build a better workforce.

Our ambition

Every colleague will have access to mental, physical and financial health and wellbeing support that enables them to make positive and proactive choices, enabling them to thrive in all aspects of life
