Please note, as per our Pre-close Interim Results Aide-Memoire 2026-27 published on 18 September 2026, Sainsbury’s expects to report its Interim Results on a continuing operations basis, with Argos presented as a discontinued operation. Sainsbury’s expects to report on this basis until the completion of the Argos transaction, which is expected in February 2027.
