Helen Normoyle | J Sainsbury plc

Helen joined Sainsbury’s Bank in November 2024 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Helen has joined the Bank’s Board Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

A graduate of the University of Limerick, Helen has held senior executive roles including Chief Marketing Officer with Boots the Chemists Ltd, Countrywide plc and DFS. Helen was co-founder and CEO of My Menopause Centre until its acquisition by Medichecks in December 2025 and is transitioning out of the business.

Helen was a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Allied Irish Bank Group (AIB), Chair of the Sustainable Business Advisory Committee and member of the Nomination Committee and Technology & Data Advisory Committee. Helen has significant transformation and re-structuring experience in banking from her time on the Board of AIB during the post Financial crisis era. Helen is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Sustainability Committee with Travelodge.
